This page describes what happens to the information you send through the “Request access” and “Support” forms on this website.
What we collect
In the access form: the company name, your name, email and, if you wish, a phone number or WhatsApp.
In the support form: your name, email, subject, message and, if you wish, the company name.
In both, we also keep the language of the page and the date and time of the submission and of your consent.
What we use it for
Only to reply to your request and, for an access request, to review whether we can grant access. The consent you tick applies only to this contact and is not a subscription to marketing communications.
Where it is kept and who can see it
The data is stored in the Clenvix system. Access is restricted to authorized members of the Clenvix team (Platform Admin). The team also receives an email notice with the contact details, delivered through an email sending service.
How long we keep it
We keep the request for 12 months after it is resolved, or for 24 months if it is never resolved. After that, it is removed.
Deleting your data
To ask for deletion before that, write to support: support@clenvixapp.com.
